The name might not sound familiar to some of you, as she's not an actress, a singer or a model. She's the ex-editor of Harper's Bazaar Russia and is currently writing for numerous magazines. And what is she known for? Her beautiful sense of style.

Plus, I just love the hair. She was one of the reasons why I wanted to get fringes in the first place :)
